For the avoidance of doubt, any use of the Company's application, platform, or related services is subject to separate terms of use, which are available within the relevant application and/or via a designated link made available by the Company.

1.2. Use of the Website constitutes full consent by the User to these Terms and the Company’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://did.li/PrivacyPolicyCallMate, and which together constitute a binding agreement between the User and the Company.

1.3. If the User does not agree to these Terms, in whole or in part, they must immediately cease using the Website.

1.4. If a User contacts the Company by telephone, the Company may record the conversation for lawful purposes, including service, training, quality control, and service improvement, all in accordance with applicable law.

1.5. The Company may change these Terms from time to time, at its sole discretion. Any changes will become effective upon publication on the Website and continued use of the Website after such publication will constitute consent to the updated Terms.

1.6. The Terms are written in masculine form for convenience only, but refer to all sexes and genders alike.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. These Terms shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel.

9.2. Exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute relating to these Terms or use of the Website shall be vested solely in the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

10.1. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms.

10.2. The Company’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

10.3. The Company shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, malfunction, or unavailability of the Website resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events, cyber incidents, communication failures, or failures of third-party service providers.
